Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All tickets purchased for the Healing Arts & Music Festival are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged, except as outlined below.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the rare event that the Healing Arts & Music Festival is postponed or canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.
- If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
- If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued for scheduling conflicts.
Weather Policy
This event is planned as an outdoor or partially outdoor experience. The festival will take place rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is officially canceled.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please ensure the new ticket holder has access to the ticket confirmation and QR code for entry.
Community Access & Volunteer Tickets
Community Access Passes, volunteer tickets, and any discounted or complimentary tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
Health & Personal Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. While we cannot offer refunds for personal circumstances (including illness or scheduling conflicts), we encourage ticket holders to transfer their ticket to someone else whenever possible.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy, as well as all festival rules and guidelines designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
