Respect & Consent
We are committed to cultivating a safe and supportive environment.
Please:
- Practice enthusiastic consent in all interactions
- Respect personal space and boundaries
- Ask before photographing or recording others
- Be mindful that healing experiences can be deeply personal
- Treat all attendees, staff, vendors, and performers with kindness and respect
Harassment, discrimination, aggression, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Leave No Trace
Please help us care for the land and community spaces by:
- Cleaning up after yourself
- Using designated trash and recycling areas
- Avoiding damage to natural spaces
- Respecting the venue grounds and facilities
- Leaving your space better than you found it

Wellness & Safety
Your well-being matters.
Please:
- Stay hydrated throughout the event
- Take breaks and rest as needed
- Seek support from festival staff if assistance is needed
- Be mindful of your physical and emotional limits during workshops, movement, sound healing, or immersive experiences
- You are your biggest advocate – move at a pace that feels supportive for you
What is the Bag Policy?
To help ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable festival experience for all guests, we ask that attendees keep bags minimal and festival-friendly.
Allowed Bags
- Small purses and fanny packs
- Small backpacks
- Clear bags
- Hydration packs (must be empty upon entry)
- Diaper bags (subject to search)
Please Note
- All bags are subject to search upon entry.
- We encourage guests to travel light for quicker check-in.
- Outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and prohibited items are not permitted.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a safe, intentional, and welcoming environment for everyone attending the festival.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted on festival grounds:
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
- Outside alcohol
- Fireworks or explosives
- Glass containers
- Drones without prior authorization
- Laser pointers
- Open flames or unauthorized candles
- Large tents or structures without approval
- Professional recording equipment without media credentials
- Pets (excluding certified service animals)
- Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by festival staff
Festival staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate festival guidelines.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
We encourage conscious and respectful participation throughout the festival experience.
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
- Illegal substances are not permitted
- Guests appearing dangerously intoxicated or disruptive may be removed from festival grounds without refund
Please prioritize community safety and collective well-being.
Photography & Media
By entering the festival grounds, attendees acknowledge that photography and video may occur throughout the event for promotional and archival purposes.
Please be respectful when capturing content and obtain consent whenever appropriate
Weather Policy

Children & Families
